Youknow, we use different gadgets every day, don’t we? Nowadays every modern pupilshould know how to use electronic gadgets. And it’s true that technology playsa big role in learning today. Do you agree with me? We watch TV, listen tomusic, play computer games, surf the Net… It’s a big part of our every daylife. Someone can’t live without modern gadgets. That’s why the topic of ourlesson is “Gadget madness”. And the purposes of our lesson are:
todevelop our communicative skills
torepeat the Future Simple Tense
Toachieve these aims we will:
-learnthe words and expressions;
-reada very interesting text about high-tech TEENS;
-dosome physical exercises to be healthier;
-makesome predictions about our future life.

1)Введение новойлексики.
Firstly,we need to know some new phrases and word expressions that we can use in ourdiscussions later.
Please,look at the board. Here you can see different pictures. So, think a little bitand try to name them.
Ok,now we know the names of gadgets but what can we do with them? You have somecards with the new words on your desks. The task is to match the gadgets withtheir usage – what can we do with them? Will you, please, make sentences withthem?
2)Развитие навыков поискового чтения.
Youknow that at English lessons we study not only the foreign language but alsothe culture and traditions of English-speaking countries. That’s why I’d liketo suggest you the text about high-tech TEENS in Britain. So, please, read thetext and after reading, please, do the task which you can see on the book.
3)Физкультминутка.
AsI can see you’re a bit tired. Stand up, please. Relax… We have some specialmusic. It’s space music. Repeat after me…Breath in…out…Let’s imagine that weare in the future…we are the space ships…how do we fly…so, let’s fly…and ofcourse, there are robots on the board…how slow and strict they move…and we arethe first people on the Moon…how do we step…we step like Neil Armstrong…Thankyou. It was great!
4)Развитие навыков устной речи.
Ok,we have just known about British teenagers but what about us?
I’d like to make a survey “Teen’s favourite gadgets”. But firstly, let’s remind How do wemake Future Simple? The futuresimple verb tense uses the auxiliary verb will and a main verb. Inpositive sentences we always use the main verb in the bare infinitive. For NegativeSentences we use not between the auxiliary verb willand the main verb. And for Questions auxiliary verb will comesbefore the subject. So, it takes the first place in the sentence. Please, lookat the board. Here you can see the examples of positive sentence, negativesentence, and a question.
Now,let’s divide into three groups. There is a journalist in each group (распределениеролейвгруппе).The task for journalists is to question the members of your group and then makesome conclusion using agreement or disagreement phrases. You have three minutesfor this task (далее проверка выполнения задания).
